Lodging reservations for Summer 2025 : OPEN

Reservations for summer 2026: From 1st January 2026
Reservations are processed by date of receipt in the mailbox from the opening date of reservations. Requests received before January 1st, 2026 will not be processed.

→ Opening days for summer 2025 : From 14 June until 20 September included
→ Please send only one request per group and check your spam folder if you are expecting a reply.
→ If you make a mistake in your first form, do not send another one. You will be able to adjust the information afterwards.
→ Response time: allow 2 weeks. Please do not write again in the meantime.
→ We don’t have any private rooms, only share dorms.

Before any request, please read carefully our GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE regarding ACCOMODATION and/or BIVOUAC.

I have read, understood and fully accept the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES above regarding accomodation and bivouac.

I undertake to pay €69/person if my group does not show up on the day of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Cancellation free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival.
– Cancellation between 1 month and 48 hours before booking: 15€/pers.
– Cancellation less than 48h: 30€/pers
– Reservation not honored (no show): Total amount of the reservation (69€/pers/night)
Cancellations must be made by e-mail, by forwarding the confirmation e-mail received.
For same-day cancellations, an additional phone call is appreciated.

For all the above situations, compensation must be paid within 2 weeks of the date booked. You will receive a payment email on the day after your reserved date (which may drop in spam folder).
